Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may change or discontinue features over time.

The Free plan includes a small number of sermons each month that use AI (transcripts, plans, summaries, scripture lists and translations). Premium is a monthly subscription with a larger allowance, subject to a fair-use limit shown in the app. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.

Premium is billed monthly through Paystack and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan and billing in your account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

You keep ownership of what you write, upload, and record. You give us permission to store and process it (including sending it to our AI and hosting providers) only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to submit it, including permission to record or upload a sermon given by someone else.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; no attempts to break, overload, or get around limits or security; no automated scraping; and don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

Plans, transcripts, and study material are generated by AI, may be inaccurate or incomplete (including misquoted scripture), and are provided as a study and habit aid, not pastoral, spiritual, legal, or professional advice. Please verify anything important.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, The Doer Life isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service. Please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful we'll update the date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
